Caption text is short text above or below an image in a book, magazine, or newspaper that describes the image or explains what the person in it did or said.
Captions have a social function, namely to provide basic
information about an object.
Caption text cannot be written haphazardly (hephezerdly). An
interesting but informative language is needed so that the explanation can be
conveyed properly
Structure for writing captions,
Opening ,The opening is usually written in a larger size to attract the attention of the reader.
Content , contains (kenteins) concise(kensais) information to explain the image.
Closing, The closing part is usually in the form of additional information that has not been conveyed in the content.
